> Custom Solutions, Corp (d/b/a Custom Solutions Indy) is an Indianapolis company that builds private AI knowledge systems for owner-run businesses in Central Indiana: one record of the company's knowledge, a staff chat window that answers only from that record and cites the source entry, approved updates, and public answer pages for AI search (AEO). It also offers real estate services and business consulting. Work is local and in person.

## The nine parts of the digital services offer
1. A private knowledge system: We gather the spreadsheets, documents and email your business runs on and merge them into one record that you own.
2. Ask in plain language: Each staff member gets a login to a chat window that answers only from your record and shows the entry it used.
3. Update it by telling it: Staff report a change and where they learned it. A named approver signs off before everyone sees it.
4. Faster training, and knowledge that stays: New hires can ask from their first week. What your specialists know stays with the company when they leave.
5. Get found in AI search: Approved knowledge, with customer details removed, becomes public answers that ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity and Claude can read and cite.
6. An MCP server for your public knowledge: Your published answers become a tool that AI assistants can call directly.
7. Fewer repeat emails: Common questions get answered on your website. For the rest, the system drafts a reply that a person checks and sends.
8. Websites handled: Hosting moves, rebuilds, redesigns and routine updates.
9. Managed, with numbers: Monitoring, daily backups, an uptime target and restore commitments in writing. It runs on hardware you own or in the cloud.
